To change quantities or cancel an item, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible at csr@holidaybrightlights.com or +1-402-932-5321. Orders may be processed quickly, so changes or cancellations can only be made before the order has been packed or shipped.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking link in that email to view the latest delivery status. You may also log in to your account and check your order history for tracking details.

If your order shows delivered but you have not received it, please check with your carrier, receiving area, or other staff at your location first. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your package tracking numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

Shipping & Returns Policy
All returns must be pre-approved by Holiday Bright Lights, by contacting Customer Service at csr@holidaybrightlights.com.
- Upon approval of return, a Return Authorization number will be issued. The RA# must be clearly indicated on the Shipping Label of the returning product, along with the customer’s return address. Inside the box please note Name, Phone Number and Email address, so the Return Department can contact you if needed. Returns without a RA# on the shipping label, or without proper documentation inside the box, will not be processed and may be refused. For questions, you may contact Customer Service at 402-932-5321.
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges and must be prepaid. An original proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required to process the return. Product must be received by Holiday Bright Lights before credit is issued.
- A restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from the refundable cost of products that are not being returned due to manufacturer’s defects or shipping errors on the part of HBL. This includes all returns for ordering too much product, ordering the wrong product, or dislike of the product.
- Returned products must not have been used, installed or modified in any way. They must be in their original cartons and shipped with sufficient packaging to ensure they are resalable.
- Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a 25% restocking fee in addition to shipping costs.
- Upon receipt and review by our Return Department, certain items may be designated non-returnable due to the return condition.
- Errors in billing and shipping must be reported within 30 days to csr@holidaybrightlights.com.
Replacements/Credits
- No refunds will be given for defective products. Replacement product(s) will be given.
- In order to receive your qualified exchange or credit, the items must be received at our warehouse within 15 days of issuing the RA#. If you are unable to return the items within this timeframe, please contact Customer Service for an extension.

Yes, we offer expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery times for these services are faster, typically within 1-3 business days after processing. Additional charges may apply.

Due to the current tariff situation, all orders will include a surcharge of 24.5%. Our team will contact you to arrange payment for this surcharge before we ship your order. Thank you for your understanding and support!
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Do I have to pay sales tax?
By default sales tax is calculated and collected for all orders. If you believe your company is tax exempt, you can contact our customer service team to provide your tax exemption certificate for your business. Our team will update your customer account and your orders will no longer have sales tax added.
